When opening a restaurant, does it make more sense to purchase the equipment out right, or to lease?
I am in the planning stages of a new restaurant and am curious about other people’s experinces opening their own eateries.

Where can I find inexpensive commercial coffee equipment to lease or buy?
I am in the planning stages of opening a art gallery/coffeehouse and I am having trouble finding a place that leases coffee equipment. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.
