Question for mommies who got a 3D or 4D ultrasound?

(Also posted in Newborn & Baby section.)

My BIL and his wife are planning to open a 3D ultrasound studio in their city, and if the venture is a success, they want to open another one in MY city and guess who gets a new, awesome job?! LOL I’m super excited and really think it’s going to pan out because as of now, neither city has a studio, and the closest is a 30 minute drive away! We’re in the "outline" stages right now, but they have the small business loan to purchase all the of equipment, property to lease for the office and are working on a website and brochures!

So I was just wondering, for mommies who have had a 3D ultrasound, what did you like and dislike about the particular studio you went to? I would like to hear about everything from the actual experience of the ultrasound to the ambiance of the office itself. I figure Y!A is as good a place as any to get valuable consumer input. =)

Thank you!

Hawaiian BBQ restaurant Investment?

See L&L growing, like to open the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant.

I got a great deal, the owner runs a teriaki restaurants, no experience. The space 1600 sf. in a busy shopping center near Target, Marshall…

I can get it for ,000 with all equipments, only 3 years old.

The rent is high, 00/mo, the lease ends July, 2009;
elec & gas 00/mo, the average annual sale 0,000, grocery about 30%, employee 30%…

If I take over, I definitely can drop grocery & employee at least 25%, that I can get over 20 - 30% net profit. My conservative net profit at least ,000 per year.

Within 3 months, I can get my investment back. Gradually I will convert it to Hawaiian BBQ, there is new opening in the city, but far away.

1, Do you think it is good investment to buy the restaurant?

2, any idea how to miminize the risk?

3, pick good name for the restaurant?

4, don’t worry about competition? There are 19 L&L in my city - San Diego.

5, how to promote my restaurant business?

Thanks

How can I replace the cable company’s modem/router with my own, so I’m not being charged a service/lease fee?

I am currently being charged .99/month for Charter Cables’ "Home Networking Service" (.00 for the router lease & .99 for the service/support). I would REALLY like to eliminate this cost. I have moderate computer knowledge, but this is over my head.

Can you recommend anything for replacing their equipment with my own (i.e. modems, routers, a link to a website regarding setup)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hate Charter!
I also have already purchased a Netgear WGR614, which is unopened, but could theoretically be used in this implementation. Can anyone recommend a "good" modem to use with this?

Businesss line of credit. I have fair credit. Is there a lender?

MY HUSBAND & I WANT TO TAKE OVER AN EXISTING RESTAURANT. THE LINE OF CREDIT WOULD PURCHASE THE COMPUTERS, SECURITY SYSTEM (CAMERAS & MONITORS), FURNISHINGS, DINNERWARE, FLATWARE, ETC. THE BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT IS LEASED. THIS SEEMS LIKE IT WOULD BE EASY. BUT IT HASN’T BEEN. PLEASE POINT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
