PLEASE HELP WITH COMPUTER CLASS/ACCOUNTING?

for my senior class we have to make up a fake busines and fingure out the expenses and everyting and my business is "helping hands for the homeless" and most of the stuff will be donated and only some employees will be paid because other are volenteers.
