I want to open a restaurant?

I would need to purchase or lease a building. buy all the equipment, furniture and decor, hire servers, get permits, all that. What do you think my total cost would be for start up..

    It depends upon how large you would want the restaurant to be and whether or not you are going to do a full fit-out location or you can get a location that needs minimal revisions. If you are a good deal-maker and are good at improvising low-cost solutions to problems then you may be able to fit out a location for a total "ready to open" cost of as little as $250 per seat, but that’s an exceptionally low cost example. The average cost for fit out is closer to $1000 per customer seat, so a 45 seat restaurant will probably cost you about $45000 to get to opening day.
