How to start a photography business/studio?
I am trying to convince my dad to fund my potential photography studio/business and he said he might help me but I have to develop a business plan first. I was just wondering if anyone on here owns their own photography studio or company and if they have any tips or help the could give me? How much does it cost roughly to start one? I am aware I would have to get the equipment like (computers, back drops, cameras, etc.) but how much would it cost to just start the business itself, like leasing a location/getting a business permit, etc.?

Associations may be a good avenue to explore. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you’ll inevitably have as well as many you haven’t anticipated yet.
